The sea-facing terrace has lovely views and direct access to the promenade and sea. The location is great, close to the old city (3kms), and there are enough parking spots in the compound. Our apartment was fantastic, and the host was responsive, helpful, and lovely. The 2 bedroom apartments have spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, which is quite rare.

The hostess was so friendly and made our stay wonderful. The house is clean and right by the sea, with a stunning view. It has everything we needed: towels, dishes, a fridge with freezer compartment, and both filter and Nespresso coffee machines. There are sun loungers in the garden and on the terrace, plus courtyard parking and easy access to the sea. Konzum is a 3-minute walk away, and bars and restaurants line the promenade outside. Even so, it's quiet in the evening and at night because the promenade ends a few meters farther along. You can catch a ferry or tourist train to Rovinj from Hotel Amarin. It's about a 24-minute walk past the town beach.

The owner welcomed us with chilled Prosecco and water, and even left a little surprise for our departure. There's plenty of parking behind an automatic gate, and the large garden has loungers overlooking the sea. The promenade and beach are right outside the gate. Our apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped, and had sea views from the window. ❤️

Our top-floor apartment was fantastic, with a lovely terrace and magnificent sea views. The whole complex is beautiful, and even better in person than in the photos. Everything was spotless, and the hosts were warm and attentive. Top-notch! Drea & Chris

The landlords were very child-friendly, flexible, helpful, and always available. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return. The apartments are nice and well equipped, and the location is great. We were glad we could leave the car behind and walk to Rovinj. The clever setup worked perfectly for traveling with grandparents: one apartment and one room, each with its own bathroom.
