Casa Svalba

We felt well looked after by the very nice owner. The apartment was beautiful, parking was right outside our door, and there was a glass of wine waiting on the table. I recommend it.

This was our second stay at Svalba No. 30!! Apartments, and the central location is still ideal for getting around on foot. The rooms seemed clean, but the bathroom is tiny and dated. The garden would be much more appealing if it were cleaned and looked after. Its cushions were wet and dirty, so unusable, and our towels weren't changed during the 10-day stay even after we asked. What a shame. The beds are very hard, though ibuprofen helps you manage. For us, the location was the deciding factor, but the value for money really doesn't add up. The location gets five stars; the rest needs work.

The location is very good, and the beach and other places are easy to reach. I also liked the small living area and the terrace. But for this price, the rooms are really unacceptable. The whole house smells musty, the kitchen appliances are practically unusable, and everything feels cramped. The double beds are just two beds pushed together. You can't lock the upstairs bathroom and toilet when you need to. I'd only recommend the house for a short overnight stay, perhaps with a meal there. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

The apartment is small, but tucked into the old town on one of its busiest streets, just a few steps from the market. The bathroom is also small and has no bidet, and the curtains on the street-facing window are a little thin.
