The showers stay hot, and the water doesn’t run out. The memory foam mattresses were great too. But the English ads say parking is included, and it isn’t. The nearest public lot isn’t a terribly long walk, though parking there cost us over $40 a day, so budget for that. Luckily, our booking service refunded those costs because the listing was misleading.

Very pleasant staff and top-notch service. The apartments were exceptionally nice and clean, right in the town center, with reasonable prices. I’ll definitely come back.

The place is recently renovated and right in the center of Rovinj, which is a very convenient location. Still, I was disappointed, especially given the price. The rooms weren’t very clean, there’s no elevator, and the attic units have such low ceilings that anyone 1.80 meters or taller may struggle. I’d trusted the strong reviews about cleanliness and comfort. Paid parking is available about a 10-minute walk away for around €10 a day. Probably not a good choice if you have big luggage.

We came to Rovinj and asked in person for a room for the following night. They confirmed the booking, took full payment, and the next day asked what time we’d arrive. Then, shortly before the agreed time, they cancelled. We got our money back, but lost time and paid for parking, and had to rush around finding somewhere else. We’d asked for only minimal help and didn’t get it. This points to poor organization and a lack of commitment to the work, reflected in the weak customer service.

There were three of us, and getting a room was no trouble. It was modern and clean, and I especially liked being up in the roof apartment with a view of the sea. The hotel is very nice and central, with friendly service. Parking is a little far away, but that was fine. We’ll be back next year for sure. Best wishes to everyone, especially manager Ivo, who’s really friendly and nice! 🤗
