Hotel Delfin

We had a wonderful time, and everyone welcomed us so warmly. Our room was lovely, clean, modern, and just as pictured, with a beautiful sea view. The hotel is cozy and very close to the old town. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The restaurant serves delicious food, and breakfast was great too. They also welcomed dogs in the room and made sure our dog had what she needed. Special thanks to Sofia for being so kind and helpful.

The room was clean and just as the listing described, and the view was lovely. Old town is about a kilometer away on foot, with the beach roughly 1-2 km away. Parking is available in a separate lot, not at the hotel. An employee leads you there to leave the car, then drives you back.

The lift is tiny, so you may need to make several trips if you're carrying much luggage. Apart from that, we had a great stay: the hotel is cozy and small, about a five-minute walk from Rovinj town centre, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place was spotless, and the receptionists took care of our requests.

The room was in bad shape, with stained, torn carpet, worn furniture that had been poorly glued together, a musty bathroom smell, and damp patches. Rainwater even came into the room through the floor. Breakfast was nowhere near four-star quality: the food was cold, things were poorly organized, and we had to ask separately for many basics. We found reception unfriendly, and no one offered luggage help unless we requested it. Ms. Nita and Ms. Sofia in particular seemed arrogant, and misleading statements appeared to be common. Manager Festim dealt with our complaint disrespectfully and unprofessionally. The hotel didn't meet expectations for service or quality, and I wouldn't recommend it.
