The owner was very friendly, and the apartment was clean and convenient. It's right in the city center, but the neighboring offices make it really quiet at night. I recommend it.

We really liked the location: restaurants, the waterfront promenade, and shopping streets are all close by. You can pull up to the door to unload and carry your bags in, though the narrow street means you can't leave the car there. Paid parking is available very close by, since cars can't be parked in central Rovinj. The ground-floor apartment made luggage easy to handle, and we heard no noise at night. It was spacious and well equipped, though there was no washing machine. Hot water comes from an electric heater, so bear that in mind if several people need to shower.
