We really appreciated Manuel's help when we ran into serious problems. The cleaning staff were patient and understanding about the situation, and I'm very thankful to them. The apartment was clean and fairly new, much better than average. The location was fantastic, about a minute from the sea, with amazing views of Rovinj on the walk down. There’s a nice restaurant about a minute away and a big supermarket around two minutes away. Walking to the downtown area was lovely, with views of the islands, boats, and church. They managed the whole operation very well.

The location looks central at first, but it isn't, and the parking is far from the room. The exterior is quite dirty and there are lots of stairs. The room and bathroom are both very small. The bathroom stays wet and has an unpleasant smell. Soundproofing is very poor, so you can hear the neighbors. The internet didn't work, and the water pressure was very weak. The lady at checkout seemed very nervous and wanted us to leave the room as soon as possible.

We had a comfortable, convenient studio in an excellent location, with a nice terrace. The host was helpful, and we were given a ride from the parking lot to the room. The internet quality wasn't what you might expect, but we were very satisfied with our stay.

The apartment was clean and big enough for us, with a nice terrace. The location is great, about 200 meters from the sea, and a 10-minute walk to the old town one way or the park beaches the other.

It was okay for two nights, though the space was very small. The worst part was the poor sound insulation: we heard everything from the other apartments, footsteps, voices, doors slamming, everything. We stayed out of season, so I dread to think what it's like during the season.
