The owner gives misleading information on Booking.com: pets are listed as allowed, but when we arrived, he said he wasn't responsible for that. Our guest wasn't allowed to join us for breakfast because, we were told, it would use more electricity and water. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped either. Only one stove burner worked, the frying pan was ancient, and there were only enough dishes for three people, so we had to share knives. The air conditioning smelled musty. You can find much better apartments in Rovinj with more welcoming hosts.

The old town location is perfect and the hosts are lovely. It can get noisy because of where it is, unfortunately, but we'll definitely come back.
