The family who own and run the place are wonderful hosts. It’s in a quiet area, and parking feels safe. The drive to Rovinj takes a comfortable five to eight minutes. Say hello to their dog Marsa, who greets you as you come through the gate.

Julian and his family gave us great service at this small, charming, family run hotel. It’s close to some lovely beaches and the natural park, and the old town is about a 20-25 minute walk. The hotel also offers free bike rental. We had a great stay and will be back!

We had a lovely two-day break here in the middle of a week-long bike trip along the Istrian coast. The family-run villa is modern, comfortable, and well kept, and the owners made us feel at home. Our spacious room had a balcony, plenty of charging sockets, and a large washroom. Breakfast was nice, and the courtyard pool with loungers and sunshades made it hard to choose between staying in and heading to the beach. The villa is about a 20-minute walk from the town center and 10 minutes from the beach road along the shore. Convenience stores, pharmacies, and ATMs are also nearby. We’d happily return.

A short walk takes you to the beach and park area, and the hotel has bikes available. The owners were pleasant and helpful. We had everything we needed, including a small kitchenette and balcony, and the pool area was wonderful. Everything was very clean. A great place for a vacation, highly recommend.

It’s in a quiet area, with a peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. The rooms are very well equipped, and the pool is beautiful. The beach is 600 m away and the old town center is 2.5 km away.
