Cottage 1 is in a great spot for exploring the area, and our three-day stay worked well for that. The kitchen and bathroom, though, are rather worn and really need to be replaced.

The pool was good, and there’s a shop with everything you need just two minutes away. The accommodation has all the essentials, even if it isn't cutting edge, and the host is very nice and will sort out anything that needs fixing.

The shared spaces were comfortable, with a garden and barbecue, and having the pool was a big plus for our family with two teenagers. We spent a week here in July at a reasonable price. Our apartment was functional rather than spacious, but it had air conditioning and a kitchenette. The terrace was a little tight for four. The setting is quiet and pleasant, about a 10-minute drive from Rovinj, with a supermarket nearby. The owners were welcoming and attentive, and booking by email was easy. I recommend it, and their ongoing improvements should make the accommodation even better.

A peaceful spot with a spotless pool and a wonderfully friendly hostess. The villa itself is beautiful, with a fantastic atmosphere and a rustic-modern look that feels just right for relaxing. Thumbs up!
