Victorious Viscovery

Rukavac village really is in the middle of nowhere, exactly what I wanted from a holiday. I spent an incredible week on Vis with Viscovery Active Holidays, and it was one of the best travel experiences I've had. There were six of us, and the easygoing group felt more like traveling with friends than taking a tour. The mix of activity and downtime worked so well. We could relax, explore on our own, or have a cold drink at the beach, and the program never felt stressful. Our days included kayaking, hiking, biking to turquoise bays, and delicious homemade food. The activities were well organized, and the guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the island and their work. They really cared about making it a meaningful experience. Viktorija and the whole Viscovery team made me feel welcome from the first day and showed me a side of Croatia I hadn't seen before. Thanks for an unforgettable week. I'll definitely be back!

Rukavac is so peaceful, about 9 km from the town of Vis, with green all around and five beaches within walking distance. The sea has an amazing color. We had a great week at VIScovery, with just the right balance of activity and rest. The food there was really, really good. I feel like I finally know the island of Vis now, and I know where to find the best wine! :) Victoria is an awesome host, kind, helpful, and full of good vibes. We'll be back.

A proper island adventure, with new activities, views, and good energy every day. If you love nature and staying active, and don't want to handle the planning or cooking, this is the place for you. Everything was taken care of. Viktoirija was the best.
