Camping Lanterna - Eurocamp

We had a wonderful family stay and are already hoping to come back. The children, aged one to four, loved Maro Club and all the playgrounds and parks. There was plenty to do throughout the place, and it all seemed thoughtfully organised. The pool was heated, and everything was clean and tidy. We also ate well at the restaurants on site, where the food was high quality. Staff were friendly, helpful, professional and pleasant. We'd recommend it to families of any size.

The beach was lovely, and the bakery and sports facilities were great. The place was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. Staff were kind and helpful, too. Nights were really cold, so we were glad our accommodation had heating and that they gave us an extra blanket. It was a shame the train wasn't running around the camp, but even on crutches I managed to get to all the places. I can't wait to come back.

There's plenty of room to walk, run or cycle on the paths through the olive groves around the camp. The nature has been kept, which is getting rarer in Croatia, and parts of the site still feel like camping rather than a resort made up of squared-off pitches and a designer tree on each one. Mobile homes and glamping tents are more inland in the central area, while some parts keep that nice camping feel. It's a very big campsite, so it's hard to imagine someone not finding an area that suits them. I can't say what it's like when full in peak season, but in June it was beautiful.

Thank you for everything. We had such a lovely Easter weekend here, with a great atmosphere and excellent services. The Maro Club was especially well organised for the children. It was a pleasure to see dear Sven and his staff again. They're always attentive to keeping the kids entertained, and he's a real professional. We've been visiting the Valamar chain in Porec for years, and chose this fantastic place for a new family experience. Highly recommended for families looking to make special memories.
