We were five and had plenty of room in the clean apartment, which had a kitchenette and washing machine. Each of the four apartments has its own large private terrace, and ours had a splendid sea view. The hostess was friendly and easy to talk to, welcomed us with a plate of fruit, and did her best to meet our needs. Parking in front of the building felt secure, and guests can share the grill area. The beach is around 200-500 m away, depending on what you consider close. There are a few shops nearby, and Trogir is about a 30-minute walk. It's also a handy base if you're driving. Air conditioning was included in the rent, though it only worked in the living room. The WiFi signal was weak, but I fixed that with my own repeater 😉. A few electrical sockets had come loose from the wall. I can't remember any other downsides.

We keep coming back, and the friendly family who host the place are a big part of why. They also run a coffee bar in the newer building, with tasty local coffee drinks. The two apartment styles are both fairly priced: the ones in the older building have lots of space but feel a little dated, while the newer building is modern, though the old one blocks part of its sea view.

We’ve stayed here twice and would gladly recommend it. The owners are kind and helpful, and the apartment is clean inside and out on the terrace. It has the everyday appliances needed to make your own meals, along with effective air conditioning and a big outdoor grill. The pebble beach is a few minutes away on foot, about 200 meters; the center takes roughly half an hour to walk to or 5-10 minutes by car. For a more upscale stay, the owners have another, higher-standard villa next door.
