The hosts are lovely and helpful, and make sure you have what you need. We’ve stayed at Rosanda apartments four times and keep making it our home base for our weeks in Croatia. We usually take day trips or spend a few nights elsewhere, but spend most of our time here because we love it so much. We travel from Canada because Croatia feels like an amazing paradise we can’t get enough of. There are fully equipped suites with one, two, or three bedrooms, plus guest washing machines and lines for drying clothes. The property is spotless and well cared for. Its quiet location is convenient for getting around, with almost anywhere in Croatia within a four-hour drive. A gorgeous beach is across the street, with outdoor showers and a path for walks in either direction. Trogir is just minutes away by car, or an easy walk. We can’t recommend it enough.

The owners were so welcoming. They picked me up at the airport and had juice, wine, and water waiting in the fridge. I stayed in a sea-view studio that was very clean and recently renovated, so the bathroom and kitchen looked more modern than in the photos. The view was lovely, and the sea was less than a five-minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay. Our three-bedroom apartment had two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a huge terrace that stayed shaded all day, with a lovely view of Čiovo and Trogir. It was clean, and the kitchen was fine, with two fridges. The hosts were friendly and had left juice and wine in the fridge to refresh us after the trip. A small gesture, but it made the terrace a nice spot to sit and relax.

I don’t usually write glowing recommendations, but this apartment surprised us. It was spacious and tidy, and genuinely close to the sea. The owners were polite and hardly intrusive, and we arranged everything without hidden costs. The price hasn’t changed in three years, and the owner says it’ll stay the same next season. I could say more, but simply, thank you ❤️.

Shops, restaurants, and everything else are close by. The apartment was nicely furnished and the terrace was superb. The beach was okay, nothing special, and there were sea urchins in the water.
