MOBILE HOMES SELCE - Lighthouse

The terrace was a highlight, with a jacuzzi, gas grill, and swing. Poli Mara beach is about a six-minute walk away and looked lovely. The accommodation was absolutely perfect. Thanks to Andrea and everyone at Adrialux Holiday. I don’t think this was our last visit.

The only real letdown was the beach nearby: there wasn’t a sandy or rocky one, just a concrete pier. We also found it surprising that there was only one working washing machine for the whole campsite. We stayed in the newer grey concrete home by the pool, with a sea view and access to the facilities. It wasn’t huge, but it was comfortable for two adults and two children, with two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, and two bathrooms. Having an ensuite separate from the children’s bathroom was a big plus. The rooms were well designed, with enough storage and shelves for a longer stay. The terrace had plenty of space for loungers and a table with chairs. The town and its many restaurants and bars were within walking distance.

Selce is peaceful, and there’s a nice walk to different beaches, restaurants, a children’s beach area, and places to hire watersports equipment. The site itself is clean and well kept, with swimming pools, and the reception staff were friendly. I love Croatia, but not after mid-September. Even with lovely warm weather, very few places to eat were open in Selce and Crkvernica.

The houses are modern, clean, and lovely, and the location is great, just a short walk from the beach. We liked the pool and the friendly staff too. Loved our stay and will come back when I’m in selce!
