I can't recommend this apartment. The owner wasn't very friendly to us, and the main entrance is always open, with only a regular wooden door to lock, so don't leave valuables. The shower is broken and you have to hold the handle yourself. The heating is switched off, so your first shower will very likely be cold. It's not close to the beach as described: you have to climb a lot of steps, including with your luggage on the way to the apartment. What I saw there honestly didn't seem like a beach to me.
