Hotel Raca

We stayed at one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever seen. It was very quiet, with a nice outdoor area for the kids to play. The guy at reception in the evening was extra friendly and helped with all our requests. The girl working in the morning felt cold and distant, though, and didn’t seem willing to help with anything.

It’s a peaceful place, with no traffic noise or busy roads. The location is decent, about a 30-minute drive from the city center, costing around 12-15 euros. The service was good, the price was good, and the place was nice and clean. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more breakfast options.

The rooms are modern, the views inside and out are great, and the hallway stays quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel keeps things simple with its rules. We loved our time here, and the stay was worth every cent. I’d definitely recommend it, 10/10, and will surely come back 😁😁😁

We called and booked a night with a female receptionist, gave our contact and personal details, and told her we were on our way. But when we arrived at 10pm, in the snow with no other hotels available nearby, the male receptionist politely told us our room had been sold. It was a disgrace, and I’ve never had an experience like it. The inexperienced receptionist should at least have called to check whether we were still coming. She also never told us that the room would only be held until a certain time.
