Marko’s place is comfortable, and the terrace is a great spot to hang out.

The one good thing was the view from the roof terrace, but there was no seating there, so we couldn't really use it. The house is a maze of stairs, and the narrow streets made arrival difficult with a larger vehicle like a VW bus. We were told it sleeps nine, yet there weren't enough seats for everyone to eat together. The bunk bed wobbled alarmingly, and beneath it was just a sofa with a fitted sheet. The bedroom TV didn't work. Inside, the drains smelled awful, mold in one bedroom made it unusable, and water backed up in every shower. We had cold showers on five days of our ten-day trip. The kitchen smelled unbearable, and strangely, there was no direct access to it. The kitchen equipment was abysmal. The so-called “whirlpool” was just a cold tub without jets, and the grill was dirty and unusable. I've rarely been this disappointed by a vacation rental in Croatia. It's a complete rip-off and I absolutely can't recommend it. Don't be fooled by the listing. Croatia has plenty of beautiful places, but this isn't one of them.

The rooms were pleasant, though quite simple.
