We had a nice time there. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant.

We felt welcome here and, with our cats, have found a new home. Goga speaks English and is really friendly. The apartment is small and very sparsely furnished, but it has a sea view, and everything is just a 2-3 minute walk away. She showed us the larger Arpatman, which was available right away, but we didn't want to move. We're looking forward to coming back in summer, when everyone will have their own parking spot and there'll be less maneuvering. Our cat farm is waiting here, and everyone's welcome. We have two cats ourselves, and there's a big garden too. Thank you, Goga.

I stayed from October 20th to 23rd and wouldn't recommend this place, not even for a night. The apartment and terrace were approached through a construction site, and the furniture and fittings were very worn. The kitchen was basic, with no hot water or coffee maker, and the beds sagged. The toilet was unusable for larger guests. There was only enough hot shower water for one person, and no German TV. The owner was there at the start of my stay, but despite my repeated requests, I didn't see them again. Payment, of course, was required immediately.

It has a grandma's-house feel, with rustic decor, but there’s what you need, including Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The bathroom is the weak spot: the toilet is squeezed beside the sink, and hot water is limited. The water and a supermarket are both two minutes away. Sibenik’s center is around a seven-minute drive, and the shopping center takes five minutes by car. The highway is easy to reach from town, with Krka Waterfalls, Zadar, Split, and other places within an hour. We paid €144 for two people for five days in June 2019, so the apartment was very affordable.
