The apartment was listed for three people, but we found one double bed and an inflatable mattress. That might have been manageable if the place had been clean. There was dust and dirt across the floors, the fridge hadn’t been cleaned after previous guests, and one pillow smelled pretty bad. We also had only two bath towels. Altogether, it was a really poor experience.

The third sleeping spot was dirty and dusty, with dirty laundry above it. We paid for accommodation for three adults, but all three of us ended up sharing one bed. When we called the next morning to ask what was going on, we didn’t even get an apology. We didn’t receive the service we paid for, and feel robbed. It’s a shame this is how we’ll remember Sibenik.

There was dirt and dust throughout, the fridge was still dirty from the previous guests, and the pillow smelled. We booked a three-bed apartment, but got a double bed downstairs and a filthy inflatable mattress in the upstairs gallery. I chose to sleep on the floor instead. We felt disrespected, especially since we’re apparently not the first people to report these problems.

The apartment was clean and the Wi-Fi worked fine. The equipment is pretty basic, but that was okay for a one-night stay. Just be aware that the stairs are steep.
