Apartments Nanut

That dog is such a cuddle bug, though apparently only with women 😅. The bed was super comfortable, and the owners were welcoming, kind, and cheerful. They made us feel right at home. I haven't found hospitality like theirs anywhere else in Croatia. I'd come back 100 times over!

We were welcomed very warmly at first. The apartment is roomy, with a lovely terrace and a beautiful view, though it could use some updating. Noise in the hallways after 7 a.m. was a shame, and the front door needs better sound insulation. We'd left a 7/10 on another platform, which seemed like a pretty good rating to us, but the owner got upset and replied aggressively. What a shame.

At the Nanuts, we got hospitality like nowhere else. You don't usually see it mentioned in reviews when it's missing, but these were the softest towels we found on our whole Croatia-Montenegrin tour. The rooms were spacious and colorful, and the bathrooms had little bottles of shower gel and shampoo, plus after-sun lotion. Mrs. Nanut had even left milk in the fridge, and there was a coffee machine with two pods ready for a proper morning coffee. We ate breakfast on the balcony, at the table overlooking the sea and Sibenik. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the town center. The very kind hosts reserve the parking in front of the house for guests. They speak English and German, and a little Italian. Highly recommended!

We stayed three days, my husband, our mini York, and me. The host was great, and everything was spotless and really tidy. The room had everything we needed. These were the best apartments of our whole trip.
