Apartments Stipe

We were only a few minutes from the beach and the bus stop for Šibenik, and there was parking right by the house. The owner was lovely and even offered us a free ride to and from the bus station in Šibenik, which made things much easier. Brodarica is a great place to stay if you want somewhere quieter than nearby Šibenik.

The yard is a real little oasis, and the facilities there are excellent. The accommodation is in a peaceful area, and the hosts are wonderful and happy to help. Definitely a place to visit.

The garden has a gazebo and barbecue, and getting to the beach is easy. There's a bakery and café along the way, plus a Lidl nearby. The beach itself has everything, from a playground and volleyball court to an outdoor gym, bathrooms, showers, and water sports rentals. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and the owner is an amazing cook. I've never had food as delicious as what she makes. Highly recommend this place, a full five stars!

The apartment was spacious and clean, with two separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and a balcony with a partial sea view. The sea is a five-minute walk away, and it was easy to reach by car. There's also a café and Lidl nearby. But the bedrooms got very stuffy, and with the windows open mosquitoes came in, so I didn't sleep well. The bathroom needs a glass for toothbrushes, and the frying pan was a disaster, everything stuck and burned. The dish sponge was awful too. Add mosquito screens and sort out the kitchen and bathroom, and it'd be great.
