The views from the fortress were stunning, and Sibenik itself was fascinating, it exceeded our expectations. We only wish we’d booked a longer stay. Ivona was such a warm, friendly hostess, and the apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. Any access issues mentioned in other reviews had been sorted out by her, so even we retired oldies had no problem. Breakfast was generous and delicious too.

Maria made us a really delicious breakfast, and the stay was totally worth the price. The place feels stylish and comfortable, with big rooms, large beds, and plenty of substantial furniture. Maria was a great host.

The old walls are still visible, and there are beautiful wild wooden beams in the building. I really loved staying here. Marija was enthusiastic and so nice as a hostess.

The village feels like stepping back into the Middle Ages 🙂, though be ready for lots of stairs. It was a nice place to stay, and the host was super. She even prepared breakfast for us.
