The listing said it was open 24/7. Around 10 pm they called asking where we were, and we said we’d arrive in about an hour. We got there before 11 pm, but everything was closed and they no longer answered the phone. After travelling all day, we were left without anywhere to sleep.

The man at reception was polite and friendly, and the price seemed fair for what you get. At first glance, the room feels cozy and even has air conditioning, but a closer look shows several issues. The floorboards need maintenance, and there are scuff marks on the walls and furniture. The bathroom also looks nice at first, with lovely-coloured tiles and a couple of useful hooks, but some small tiles are missing under the shower. There was something blackish-yellowish in the soap rack that didn’t look sanitary. Another towel rail for larger towels, ideally near the shower, would be a good and necessary addition. The English evacuation instructions also aren’t translated accurately and should be fixed. The flaws outweigh the positives, so I’m giving it three stars. Most problems would be easy to fix, though, and I’d stay here again if I were in the area and needed a cheap place for one night.

The location is perfect, the staff are very nice, and the price is very affordable, especially in the middle of the season.
