Even in the middle of winter, the sunshine and the view made this place feel special. We were grateful to find it open when everything else seemed shut, and the coffee with that view was amazing. We arrived around 1 a.m., and reception was still working, even though a three-star place isn't required to have someone there that late. The rooms were warm, breakfast was more than okay, parking was private, and everyone was kind. It felt like a safe haven. Thanks for such a positive stay.

The staff were absolutely lovely, and the bed linen looked clean. That's what earned this place three stars from me. The room itself was a bit of a safari: mosquitoes everywhere, with splattered blood left on the walls. The bathroom wasn't much better. The sink barely drained, and I don't even want to think about the shower curtain, it looked like it had seen a lot. The hotel isn't charmingly vintage, though that part doesn't bother me. It just needs to catch up on cleanliness.

The breakfast is all-you-can-eat, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is hard to beat, just a few doors down from the cathedral. Highly recommend.

It's a three-star hotel, and I found it charming, with amazing receptionists who were really helpful. There's free parking by the beach, behind a gate that opens for you, and a basic breakfast is included. Don't expect a Four Seasons, more like Motel 6, but I think some negative reviews expect five-star service for a three-star price. The location is amazing.

Our room got so hot that I slept under a cold, wet towel for both nights. The air conditioning wasn't working, and when we asked for a fan, they said they couldn't provide one.
