Apartments Pavi

A beautiful seaside villa.

The constant traffic noise was hard to relax with, since the apartment is on a main road. The air conditioning couldn’t cool the 80m2 space properly. With it set to 18°C, the living room only reached 26°C and the other rooms stayed hot, so sleeping was difficult. There’s no microwave, and the shower is only 80x80cm with no shelves. All the furniture is IKEA. The location is excellent: two minutes on foot to the beach, five to the grocery store and ten to the port. The view is excellent too, see the photo. Parking only works in the lot with a small car. Larger cars have to drive in the opposite direction.

The location is great, with the beach just across the street, and everything was very clean. There’s a small kitchen and a garden with chairs and a table. The bathroom is extremely small and could use some renovation, and the shower has been leaking for a while. There’s no parking at the house, and the nearest spaces are paid.

The sea is mostly clean, but extremely crowded, and Silo itself is packed with tourists. There are only a few good restaurants. Zeba is the best, though very expensive. We could hear everything from the downstairs neighbor and outside because the soundproofing is poor. Some wallpaper is already peeling, the Wi-Fi didn’t work all week until the last day, and the TV didn’t work at first, so I had to fix it myself. On Saturday night there was an incredibly loud concert in Silo itself, and sleeping was impossible.
