I’d strongly advise against booking this apartment. The lack of professionalism and respect for customers was shocking. I booked in January for an August stay and paid the deposit. As agreed, I sent the balance a month before arrival. For the following week, I had to keep asking for confirmation that it had arrived. When I finally heard back, the owner had cancelled my reservation without giving a reason. This left me in a terrible position just before my holiday, during the peak season, when other accommodation had become much more expensive and finding anything of a similar standard was nearly impossible. I’d booked six months ahead to have peace of mind and a good choice, and that was completely ruined. When I asked why, the owner replied insolently that “she has every right to do so” and that “I am neither the first nor the last.” That kind of irresponsibility and disregard for a customer is unacceptable. Be warned: even a confirmed reservation with full payment may still be cancelled at the last minute. Keep that in mind if you want a stress-free holiday and a reliable booking.

Zana greeted us warmly and was a very friendly hostess. We stayed in the upstairs Mirta apartment, which matched its description well. It was very clean and had everything we needed, though we could have used more storage, such as shelves or a chest of drawers. The larger room had a double bed, a single bed, a dining table, and a small kitchenette. There was also a much smaller room, almost half a room, with bunk beds and a wardrobe. The balcony was spacious, with chairs, a table, and a sun lounger, and we enjoyed spending time there. One detail that may not have been in the description: there was a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and an electric stove, but no oven. Air conditioning cost 6 euros per day, and Wi-Fi was extra. The location was good, not far from the pebble and concrete beach, though the little sandy beach took a longer walk. The sea was wonderfully clear. In the village, we found a small supermarket, bakeries, a fruit and vegetable stand, and several bistros and restaurants. We had a great vacation!

The landlady was very nice, and all we had to do was ask if we needed anything. Still, the photos make the place look better than it is, and the sea view promised in the listing was nowhere to be seen 😤😡. The cleanliness was about what you might expect in this country.

We liked the good service and the bright, clean interior. It’s relatively close to the sea, on a quiet street.
