Apartments Dino Formenti

There was so much to do nearby, from restaurants, the harbor and national park trails to paddleboards and bikes on offer. The owner was very friendly, the service excellent, and the location beautiful. Just wish we'd had more time in the area.

Dino was a really nice, helpful host, and the location made visiting Krka easy. The boat pickup is just steps away, with a lovely 20-minute ride to the entrance on the Skradinski Buk side. There's also a Konzum grocery store nearby for supplies. Tip: a local national park office is around the corner, so you can get tickets there before boarding and avoid the ticket line on arrival. We stayed in the lower basement apartment. The living room still got plenty of light, and the place stayed cool on hot days. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, the kitchen setup decent, and the shower had good pressure and enough hot water. Parking was free. There isn't a view from the apartment, but the sitting area just outside the door and another sun spot out front let us sit and look at the boats and hillside, so that was fine. The wifi could be a bit flaky, and the sink drain smelled now and then, so we plugged it when we weren't using it. I'd recommend it for a visit to Krka.

The house was clean and nice, but I had a hard time with how cold the room was. The heater wasn't working, and although the host suggested using the central aircon in the living room, the heat didn't reach the bedroom. I found it a bit rude when he said other guests didn't mind. Everyone feels temperature differently, and I don't come from a cold country. I couldn't sleep well because of the cold.

Right by the harbor, the accommodation has everything you might need, including SUP, kayac, a pool and a gym. Amazing place to stay, and Dino and his wife are super hosts!
