Scardona Park Luxury Accommodation

We were so glad we added a night at Scardona Park to our holiday. The rooms looked just like the photos and the air conditioning was perfect. The pool felt like having a private villa, while Gokul’s service was exemplary and the owners treated us like family friends, so generous, thank you again. We visited the automoble museum the next day and found some surprising claims to fame, including Marilyn Monroe. The hotel is close to town and right across from the river beach. With small kids and lots of bags, a short taxi ride might be best. We loved our stay and wish them continued success.

We stayed at the end of November, when the national park was quiet and especially beautiful, with hardly anyone around because it was off season and Corona times. The Oldtimer Museum on the sight was very interesting too. Our apartment was brand new and spotless, and the location was perfect. Dragio, the owner, made a challenging time feel extra special with an amazing personal breakfast in the morning. We had a lovely stay, highly recommend the place, and hope to return one day. The rooms were brand new, nice and clean. I was there in August, and checkout was at 10am. The staff were nice, but a bit pushy about getting us out. I’d give the room four stars, but the overall service was three, as they seemed understaffed. When I came back around 11 to get the car from the parking, I tried to use the lobby toilet and was sent to the public one in the sports facility next door.

The staff were good to us, and the place is kept up well. Still, the room felt more motel-like than luxurious, with no view and water leaking from the toilet. The restaurant was closed, so there was no breakfast or dinner. For what they charge, I expected a lot more.
