The apartment was spacious, and the owner was friendly. Our ground-floor bedroom was quite small, though, and the outlet was awkwardly hidden behind a sliding door. You had to shut the door to use it, and could damage your adapter if you forgot to unplug it before sliding the door. Breakfast, ordered separately from the kiosk behind the apartment, took a long time to arrive. I was also disappointed that the hot tub cost extra. Even so, we were happy with the stay, and I’d recommend the place.

The restaurant, Skala restaurant, served amazing food with great service, and the apartment itself was perfectly located, clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. The housekeeper was always available if we needed anything or had forgotten something. We were also given little treats each day, including fresh strawberries and bottles of sparkling wine. Three friends and I stayed at Villa Barbara in Skradin, and we couldn’t fault the place.

Our room was ready before check-in, and the host kindly explained everything. We didn’t have time to try the spa or massage services. The host also owns a nearby restaurant called Skala, which has a fantastic view. It’s a perfect location for a holiday.

Villa Barbara is in a great location, and the hostess was great too. We had a relaxing massage and manicure right there. The food at the restaurant “Scala,” which has the same owner, was delicious, and the service was good. We recommend the place.

Just a two-minute walk from the restaurants along the marina front, and an excellent place to stay if you want to take the ferry to the waterfalls. The staff were very courteous. My girlfriend and I will be back.
