Slano is about a 25-minute walk from the apartment, or just a few minutes by car, and the nearest beach is five minutes away on foot. It’s a great spot for a peaceful break away from mass tourism, with an amazing terrace view. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Barbara and Antun are wonderful hosts who speak German fluently and really make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

A heads-up about the directions: Google Maps gets the highway approach wrong. The entrance is by the beach, where it doesn't show the road. The apartment itself was a gem, spotlessly clean, well kept and equipped, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to the sea and a beautiful beach. Top marks, and I’d happily recommend it for a holiday.

The town is on the quiet side, and shopping options are limited. Still, the apartments are lovely, with beautiful views across Slano Bay, and the hosts are very friendly. It’s also within reach of Dubrovnik and some gorgeous beaches nearby.

We got more than we expected from this peaceful place, with no crowds or noise, and lovely nature all around. Mrs. Barbara and Mr. Antun were the friendliest hosts. The newer apartment was spacious, tidy, clean, and well equipped, with a beautiful terrace. The sea and beach are only 500 m away. A great place to properly unwind.
