The owner was helpful and friendly throughout, from booking right through to our departure, and made the stay easy. It was only a five-minute walk to the beach, which suited us perfectly. We spent a week in the penthouse and it felt like home. It was spotless, comfortable, and had what we needed for a longer visit. We loved having two balconies with beautiful sea views, especially for the sunrises and sunsets. There’s a lot to enjoy around the property too: a large pool with a jacuzzi, lounge corners, barbecue areas, and a ping-pong table. Parking was conveniently inside the property. We’d happily return, and would recommend it to families or people travelling without kids.

The beaches are nearby, and the pool is well looked after and a great place to spend time. Ivan was a wonderful host. Everything was neat and, above all, clean. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

This did not feel like a vacation. There are cameras around the house, and the owner uses them to watch the entrances and even guests by the pool. Children seem better off not coming, since they're apparently not supposed to do much. On arrival, guests are given a list of rules that felt ridiculous to us. If you don't follow them, the owner may call or text, or watch from his balcony and shoo people away. The owner is around all the time or watching the cameras, and another person may come over to point out what guests are doing wrong. Even the mattresses get checked when you leave, and they count the glasses. If anything gets broken, guests have to pay for it. The electricity situation was frustrating too. If more than two devices were switched on, the fuse would blow.

The villa sits on a hill and has lovely views over the area. It’s a good fit if you want pool time and plan to explore the island by car. The beach is a 5-10-minute walk away, though the uphill walk back may be tough for older guests. We enjoyed playing ping-pong in the garden in the evenings. The apartments are comfortable and come with everything we needed, including a coffee machine, washing machine, and air conditioning. There’s guest parking on the property. The owner, a very friendly lawyer from Split, is usually around and available. When he isn’t there, an employee or family member can help. Everyone was attentive and ready to assist.

We had a family stay in an apartment with one bedroom and a bathroom. The pool and jacuzzi looked out over the bay, and there was a brick barbecue and parking on site. It’s a lovely place, but the owner was around all the time and kept making comments. The pool was off limits after 10 p.m., and it seemed preferable to use it alone. We were told to sit quietly by the barbecue, or do so only before 10. The owner yelled at our kids for using the jacuzzi, which he said was only for his own children. A nice setting, but all the interference was a nuisance.
