Art Hotel

We went for dinner with our family of six, and there was just one other couple in the dining room that evening. The food was only average, but the service was the real problem. The waiter didn't know how to serve guests properly and got annoyed at simple requests. We expected good food and classy service from a 4-star hotel, so this barely felt worth 2 stars. Better to pick up a pizza and have it with a good local beer.

There's a restaurant at the top of the building with a panoramic view. The place is right by the city centre, the rooms are tidy, and the staff are friendly.

The bathroom layout was ridiculous, with an oversized tub right against the toilet, so you have to sit at an angle. Mostly, though, the rooms were uncomfortable. The AC didn't work, and even after I asked three times to have it checked, nothing was done and nobody followed up. It was a bad experience overall. I'd come back to the area, but I'd stay in another hotel.

The air conditioning only pushed warm air around, and after we complained and asked to change rooms, we found out it was like that throughout the hotel. The furniture was worn and the rooms felt old. We left after a few nights and moved somewhere with working AC. If you're thinking of staying here, take this as a warning. You'll be disappointed.
