Holiday Home Rupotina with a large yard, pool and a beautiful view

The villa was beautiful, with plenty of space and privacy, and it had all the amenities we needed. Host Zeljko and his wife were flexible and very accommodating. We especially appreciated the lunch platter they left for us. Just got back from a fantastic stay. Hvala!

The landlord and his wife were friendly and communicated well. Their level of contact suited us perfectly, and they left a welcome snack, a bottle of wine, and a map with information about Split and the surrounding area. We liked having the private pool area, and the view of split never got old. The house is a little small, but has what you need. We were four friends, which felt like the maximum it can accommodate. The bathroom is quite small, with the toilet and shower in the same room. It's about a 20-minute drive into Split center. Uber was the easiest option for a night out and usually reached the house in around 10 minutes. Lidl is roughly 10 minutes away by car. We rented a car at the airport and would recommend that for flexibility, both for shopping and for exploring places like Hvar, Trogir, Sibenik, and Krka. One downside: there's only one A/C unit, on the ground floor. The upstairs rooms, where three of us slept, got very hot, especially during hot Croatian nights. I'd suggest adding another unit upstairs.

The owner was very friendly, and thanks again for everything. We came in August with two adults, two children, and our dog, a Rhodesian Ridgeback. He could roam freely and felt right at home. The garden was fantastic, the house beautiful, and the view of Split was wonderful. The pool looked just like the photos and was simply fantastic. Everything matched the description. We'd love to return.
