Pets are very welcome here, too. The hosts were incredibly friendly, and the apartment had everything we needed. When we arrived, they offered us cake and liqueur, and shared information about the island, the sights, and good restaurants.

We had a great time. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a holiday, and the beach was an 8-10 minute walk away. Robert and his wife were really nice and helpful.

The accommodation was clean and tidy, with a view of the sea from the terrace. Soline is a very quiet little town, ideal if you want to relax or are traveling with small children. One drawback is getting to the nearby beach: the big difference in elevation and the lack of sidewalks in many places mean you can only reach it by car. Denis and Robert were wonderful hosts, incredibly kind and helpful, and available whenever we needed anything. They gave us brochures and maps for the sights and beaches, and even a small gift when we left, which was a lovely gesture. I can only recommend the place.

We stayed at Carmen in 2020 and had a wonderful vacation. I loved having plenty of privacy, which made us feel right at home.
