The breakfast was excellent, and the host has a delightfully eccentric personality. For all that, this was among the cheaper apartments. The whole house is set up for one couple, with an extravagant style that feels like a private cocoon. It manages to be splendid and intimate at once. You’re right in the middle of the Diocetan palace complex, though taxis can drive all the way to the property.

The view is amazing, and the place has great facilities. It sits right above the sea.
