Sea View Luxury Rooms Seven of Nine

The photos online are edited, so don't be taken in by them. There's no proper luggage area and no staff around. At first we were told to leave our bags behind the bar and that they'd be taken to our room once it was ready. But when I returned at night, they were still outside the door, with people constantly passing by. The room was a terrible first impression, dirty-smelling, damp, and seeming to have had only a quick clean. Toiletries were just two tiny bottles of shower gel, with no replacements when they ran out. It was the same with toilet paper, which we had to buy ourselves. I only saw housekeeping once, after the first day, and then never saw any staff again. When I asked the owner, they said cleaning wasn't done daily and told me to write anything I needed on paper and stick it on the door. Shouldn't they be checking what guests need? The whole hotel felt abandoned. I've stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience I've had. For the price, it isn't worth it. Avoid this place.

The view from Semper Cons Luxury Rooms was absolutely stunning, and the rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The owner was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, so communication was excellent. I had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this place for comfort, style, and great hospitality.

Self check-in was an option, and the host explained everything clearly. Really good value for the price.

The balcony and the view were a real highlight, and the room was great too. There’s a supermarket right downstairs, which makes things easy. It’s about a 30-minute bus ride to Split’s historic centre. Staff aren’t around all the time since it’s quiet here at the moment, but they respond when you need something. The internet can be slow sometimes, though it was mostly fine. The pre-season prices were a nice bonus.
