I've lived here for, well, let's say three years, and I love it. The apartments are spacious, sleek, and modern. The pool is a nice spot on hot days, as long as it's been cleaned. I could go on forever, but I love this place.

The apartment is about 10 minutes from the city by car, with the nearest beach close by for a quick morning swim. Beaches with more facilities are also nearby, around 20 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car. You can head straight from the apartment for a run along the sea. It's new, modern, and really well equipped for families. We had beach towels, toys for the kids, and all the basic kitchen gear. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They arranged a birthday cake and a child seat for our airport ride, and gave us tips for beaches, trips, and restaurants. We had a very nice, memorable stay!

You'll need a car to get to Split old Town and the surrounding beaches, since the nearby one isn't really a beach. Still, the pool was perfect, and the gym was very nice. Everything in the luxurious apartment was electric and worked well. It was worth every Kuna/Euro we spent. We stayed at Ivana's place, and she was so kind and helpful. We can only recommend her, 200%. Hope to see you soon.

Mrs. Mirta is a great host. She made sure every little detail was taken care of so guests would feel comfortable, and the rooms were very clean with everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and the fridge had breakfast food: cookies, cereal, milk, eggs, coffee, and lots of teas. I'll stay there whenever I'm in Split, and highly recommend it to everyone!

The abandoned, trashed building right in front of this place is a hazard for residents and anyone walking by. There's broken glass all over the ground, and you can just walk into the building. Nothing stops someone from squatting there or turning it into a drug den. I wish they'd clean it up.
