The host was lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony and access to a shared kitchen. The views are beautiful, though getting to the beach involves steps both ways. Good value.

We liked how peaceful and more rural it felt outside Dubrovnik itself. Our balcony had a big green area in front, so nobody was looking in, and we ate out there every evening. The beach is under 200 metres away, with a bus stop, mini-market, and main road about 100 metres away. It’s affordable, and the lady who runs the place is kind and flexible. She even let us leave our bags later on departure day. Her English is very limited, but her daughter lives next door and can come over if needed. The kitchen is the main drawback: it’s small and shared, with very few appliances and not many pots or pans. There wasn’t oil, pepper, or similar basics either. The bathroom also had little ventilation, with just one window that was very close to the neighboring house. We stayed 10 days and were happy with the visit, though the small rooms and limited kitchen make it better suited to a shorter stay. We recommend the place.
