One Suite Dubrovnik Residence

The breakfast was tasty, and the specialty coffee was among the best I’ve had. The room was huge, spotless, and everything in it worked. The hotel’s facilities are impressive for a boutique property and could hold their own against larger international brands. It’s close to the beaches and Dubrovnik, with frequent buses from right outside. Parking is available for 20EUR per 24h. The reception lady was exceptionally helpful and professional, always greeting me warmly. Breakfast service was less consistent. The restaurant guys seemed unhappy to be there, and, as other guests have said, appeared to prioritize outside visitors. I didn’t know egg dishes could be ordered at no extra charge, and I had to ask for coffee myself. I’d happily return, since the good outweighed the bad, but breakfast staff could use more training and all guests should be treated equally.

Our room was spacious, with every detail just right, and the breakfast was wonderful. We only stayed one night, arriving around 9:30pm, but check-in was easy and there was a garage for parking. We also had pizza at the restaurant, and the staff gave us maps and suggestions for places to visit. It made for a really lovely day and night.

The pool was looked after well, although the water wasn’t heated. Breakfast tasted good and was high quality, but a few more choices would’ve been nice. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent.

It’s a stylish place that works well as a business boutique hotel, with spacious rooms and high quality equipment. What stood out most to me was the kindness of the people, from the cleaners through to management, and the excellent service. Thanks to Katarina, she helped me with everything, and to the reception and hotel staff for their great work. I really enjoyed my stay.
