Guesthouse Bonaca

We had a great time here and got a really nice welcome. The mobile homes have good equipment, though they felt a bit small for five people. The pool was nice, and the beach was close by.

Had a lovely stay. It’s a beautiful place, with lots of room for kids to play and a pool. The people were pleasant, and it wasn’t expensive.

At Pension "Bonaca" ***, we stayed for nine days with half board. The pool was clean and great, the rooms were tidy, and dinner was nice each day, with soup and dessert. Breakfast, though, was the same every morning: hot dogs, salami, cheese, and boiled eggs for all nine days. The sheets weren’t changed, and we didn’t get fresh towels. The beach is 7-10 minutes away, which gets a bit awkward when you’re carrying a lot.

The guesthouse is easy to recommend for the apartment and pool. There’s a good-sized bathroom, towels are kept in the wardrobe, and the pool is clean with sun loungers. The apartment itself has plenty of space, a bedroom, living room, and balcony. The beach takes around 10-15 minutes on foot, and Vodice center is about a 30-minute walk along the beach. The food was the weak point. Breakfast was sparse and repetitive, with little variety and no vegetables or fruit. Dinner was somewhat better, but the soups were watery and the main dishes quite greasy. Maybe it’s better in high season. I’d still recommend the place overall.
