The harbor and beach are only a few minutes away, even though the neighborhood itself is quiet. Maria was so helpful, and you can tell the owners take real pride in their hospitality. The property was about as clean as it could possibly be, with thoughtful room layouts and all the little details taken care of. The bed was comfortable and the water hot. Great value and a really good stay. If I’m in Stari Grad again, this is the only place I’d stay.

The view might not be superb, but the accommodation is amazing and has everything you need: a hairdryer, coffee maker, toaster, heater, AC, and a fan with LED. The place was super clean and the host very polite. There was beer in the fridge, the kitchen had all the equipment we needed, and the bed was the best part, comfy and smelling nice. Parking was a great extra too!

I had a double room with a kitchen and balcony, and it was perfect for a relaxing stay. The place is clean and modern, the host is friendly, and the price is very affordable for the quality. It was also really quiet. We could rarely hear the neighbours, and even the screaming kids next door were muted by the thick walls. The AC unit was a nice addition, fairly new and quiet. Lots of useful places are within walking distance: the ferry takes 15-20 minutes along a mostly paved pedestrian path, the supermarket is 15-20 minutes, bike rental at Hvar life is 2 minutes, and town is 10 minutes. The free rentals are best for short local rides, but still good. A great place for a few days or longer. Can you tell I loved it?

The balconies had awesome views of house martins and swifts, which was a lovely bonus. We had an amazing stay at Apartments Ivankovic. The apartment was clean and lovely, and the hosts have thought of everything.

The rooms were very nice, and the lovely owners made it a great place to stay. It’s very close to the water and the old town of Stari Grad :)
