We got to check in early, and the owners were great. They let us do our own thing, and we liked how clean the room was and how the air conditioning gave us a break from the sun. It's a quiet spot with an easy walk into town. Their black cat was so cute and affectionate!

The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with everything close by. We stay with the markovic family every year, and our children, friends, and in-laws all love this little hidden gem too. The host is kind and accommodating. We can't recommend it enough and are already looking forward to coming back.

Danijela was such a friendly, accommodating host. The next day she even lent us bikes so we could ride across the Stari Plain. We only stayed one night, but our room had a lovely balcony for sunset and a kitchen unit stocked with every utensil we could need. It was also the cleanest B&B I can remember staying in. So glad we spent a night on Hvar at Apartments Marković. I'd definitely recommend it, especially for a longer self-catering stay.

Our hosts were kind, but the room and furniture were basic. We had a ground-floor apartment with a door straight into the hosts' living room, and we heard their phone ring a couple of times. It didn't feel very private. We paid €140 per night in August 2022. That's poor value for what you get, though it was still one of the cheaper choices on Hvar during our stay. Fair enough, but nothing special.

A peaceful place, not far from the city centre or the bus station. The host was very nice, and the apartment had everything we needed.
