The only drawback for us was that the apartment is very close to the road between the centre and the beach. Traffic wasn't heavy enough to spoil our enjoyable holiday, though. We stayed in the last week of June, so I can't say how crowded the beach gets in peak season. At times, we had the sea to ourselves, and there wasn't a single sea urchin that we saw, though I'd still recommend wearing shoes. We stayed at Mrs. Irena's place this year and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet holiday. Both apartments, downstairs and upstairs, were sparkling clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a stove and oven, kettle, toaster, hand blender, coffee maker, iron, and more. It's very close to the sea. Along the beach there are plenty of ice cream stands, pastries, and nice bars. The town also has lots of restaurants, and I recommend the Kaleta tavern. We'll definitely come back.
