The place was filthy, the bed sagged, and we had no hot water, apparently because the boiler was broken. When we reported it, they accused us of lying, and the landlord insulted us too. The older woman seemed surprised when we arrived. We left early after she promised to refund some money, but it still hasn't arrived. Booking.com doesn't seem to take responsibility, so we're left covering the cost. Like the other reviewers, I’d tell people to stay away from this dump and its outrageous landlords.

The shower was covered in mold, the beds were tiny and ancient, and they creaked whenever we moved. The kettle was greasy and dirty, as were the few dishes, and the fridge was dirty inside. The air conditioner drains into a bucket that needs constant emptying. Even the terrace was grimy, with a sticky, greasy table, and nobody bothered to clean it. We arrived at 2:30 PM to find the room dirty and neglected. The woman seemed surprised, tried to clean, and was done in ten minutes, which obviously wasn't enough to do the job properly. The TV was there but didn't work. Other reviews show it's apparently been broken for over a year, though it still appears among the features offered to guests. The woman was very rude and unpleasant, acting like she was doing us a favor and asking, "what do you need a TV for when you are on a yearly basis". She also addressed everyone as "you," which felt unprofessional. This place needs a cleaning crew and a sanitary inspection. I absolutely don't recommend it.
