Casa Del Sol Apartments

I love this place.

A quiet place right by the beach, without crowds. The rooms were okay, the beds had comfortable mattresses, and the hostess was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was fine too. For a short break at that price with breakfast included, we were satisfied. The main problems were weak Wi-Fi that disappeared after a day or two, and very poor mobile reception inside the house. There were lots of mosquitoes, and maybe the mosquito net could be fitted differently. Parking caused a few headaches, but we managed to find a spot.

Friendly service and a peaceful setting near the beach. Grocery stores and the busier area are about a kilometer away. For a modest budget, the accommodation was quite good and decent if you're after quiet. Breakfast was a little odd, since only a set amount of food was available.

The sea is only 50 meters away, and there is parking beside the hotel. It's not a large lot, but enough for the guests. The location deserves five stars. The room isn't luxurious, but it was fine for a week, with a kitchen and what we needed to cook and eat. A microwave might be a useful addition. The water was clean, though getting in and out calls for special shoes. The shore has quite large rocks, so a regular mat wasn't comfortable for lying down. A fold-out lounge chair or a thick or foam mat would work better. Breakfast was on the weak side, with limited choices, and if you got there late there was hardly anything left.
