The house was lovely, with greenery all around it and fresh air, and the apartment sits right by the beach. The owner was friendly and treated us well. He even waited for us to arrive. We loved staying at Guest House Ero and would return to the same place. I'd recommend it for big families too. Gruß Darshan from India

Getting in took some effort: nobody was there to meet us, so we had to call for the entry code and let ourselves in. The building felt deserted, almost like a ghost restaurant, and you could easily miss the entrance. If you do, you'll have to drive a few kilometers before you can turn around legally. The room itself was nice and right by the sea.

They made us feel well looked after, even helping with things like arranging the airport transfer. The patio is a lovely spot for breakfast with a sea view, or an evening with their homemade wine. They also give helpful advice and make fantastic kiwi marmalade. I strongly recommend the place 👍

The guesthouse is beautiful, and the sisters who run it are lovely. I met them again two weeks ago and had a great chat. Hope they're keeping well.

It was okay. The room looked smaller in person than it did in the photos, and the main road beside it made things a bit noisy. Being right there was convenient, though. The furniture was a mix of a few newer pieces and some old ones.
