Hotel Joso

We were only here for half a night, between our Airbnb and an early flight, but the receptionist made the short stay really pleasant. She noticed we'd booked a room with three or more beds because that was all Booking.com had left, and upgraded us to a better sea-view room with two beds. Before we went to sleep, they also offered breakfast to take to the room so we could eat before leaving at 03:00. The hotel is clean, though perhaps not the most modern, and the bathroom seemed recently renovated. Across the street there's a small beach and quay where you can swim or stroll past the yachts. The nearby restaurant had friendly waiters, a cosy atmosphere with plenty of space and a sea view. The food was affordable and good, if nothing special.

We had a nice view of the sea from our room, and the bed was really good. The room was plain but very clean and had everything I needed. The restaurant nearby served good food at reasonable prices.

This seems more like a motel, but it works for an overnight stop, especially after a late flight since it's only 10-12 minutes from Zadar airport. The rooms are clean and a good size. Dinner was OK, while breakfast was average at best. The main photo gives the wrong impression. There's a busy main road right outside, so even rooms facing the sea get quite a lot of traffic noise.

I've been coming here on business for over 15 years whenever I'm in the Sukošan area. There's always free parking, even for large vans, and the service is consistently professional. The owner is nice, the rooms are pleasant and the beds comfortable. The restaurant is great. I've tried almost everything on the menu, and the prices are very reasonable. I'd recommend coming whether you need a bed and breakfast or just want a nice Valentine's dinner.
