Villa Bašić

The house is tucked away in a quiet spot, but getting to supermarkets and similar places is difficult without a car, so we'd strongly recommend having one. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Ms. Nada showed us around at check-in and was always available. Everything was very clean and well looked after, including the spotless, fully equipped kitchen. For tennis players, the well-maintained court is a big plus. Its edges are a little too narrow for a proper match, though it's fine for a friendly holiday game. A couple of things would have made our stay easier: a gas grill, since grilling for eight on the large charcoal one was cumbersome, and a comfortable seating area where everyone could gather. Those suggestions don't change our rating. We highly recommend the villa.

We had a perfect stay in this lovely villa. There's a private pool, plenty of rooms, and a friendly hostess. Zadar is about 10 minutes away, and there's lots to do nearby. Highly recommended!

We had an unforgettable holiday in Villa Bašić, in a quiet and beautiful location. The hostess deserves all praise. Inside, the four modern rooms each have their own bathroom, and the kitchen has all the equipment needed. Everything was clean and tidy, and the exterior was too. There's a pool, tennis court, table tennis, a play area for the youngest guests, and a large fireplace. The villa also has an exercise bike and jogging track, plus a sauna for relaxing.

(Villa Magic) in Radašinovci, one star. I absolutely can't recommend this place, especially to families or pregnant women. We chose it based on the listing's claims of 200m² of living space, outdoor amenities, and a "special charm." The reality was the opposite and a nightmare, particularly with a pregnant woman traveling with us. The place seemed far smaller than advertised, at best a tiny extension over two floors, definitely not 200m². The living and sleeping areas are connected by an extremely narrow spiral staircase. One of its four safety screws was missing, which we found very dangerous. Upstairs there was no toilet, just a bathtub and a bed. Anyone needing the toilet at night has to go down those rickety stairs in the dark. There was even a grill inside the living room, leaving it smelling of smoke and burning. The promised outdoor grill, shower, and dining area were all missing. At 7:30 the next morning, the host, Boris, banged hard on the door to confront us. After an unpleasant discussion, he made us leave two hours before official checkout. Thankfully Airbnb support took our complaint seriously and canceled the remaining nights, so we paid only for the first one. The shock, stress, and way we had to leave were unacceptable, especially with a heavily pregnant woman beside me. I can't understand how this place is being rented at all. It's a disgrace for anyone who cares about safety, comfort, or basic honesty.
