The villa itself was lovely: clean, spacious rooms, well equipped, and a perfect pool. The problem was the owner's husband. Because of a mix-up between them and the agency, he spoke to us as if we were liars and suspected we had brought more people than we listed in the reservation. We hadn't. Comments like “I don’t like this gyp*y system,” “it’s a big problem,” and “who is that guy” were a really inappropriate way to speak to customers, especially on vacation. It left us uncomfortable and nervous, and my wife and sister-in-law were in tears over the unnecessary stress. Ana, the owner, was very kind. I wish she wouldn't have her husband handle this job. The way he communicated felt really unprofessional.

Davor and Ana were polite and helpful hosts, and we'd definitely come back. The villa is right in the centre and close to the seaside. It was perfect.
