We had a lovely stay in apartment 21 for four days. The terrace and balcony were great, and both air conditioners worked well. The apartment and house were clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking view, and the price was excellent. Damir and his father welcomed us warmly and were friendly, polite, and easy to communicate with. The only thing we missed was an ice box. A more private beach is just 20 m away, while the pretty public pebble beach is about 150 m away. We've been to Sumartin a few times, and this was our best accommodation so far. We'll definitely return.

We had a beautiful sea view from our room, and Sumartin beach was only steps away. Breakfast had both sweet and savory choices. Great!

Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a little terrace facing the sea. The water was crystal clear, and there are several nearby places to eat at reasonable prices. The ferry port from Makaraska is just five minutes away. Zlatni Rat, the famous beach near Bol, is about a 45-minute drive and well worth seeing.

The location right by the sea is wonderful, and the owners were kind, welcoming, and very helpful. For this kind of property, the new building is nicely finished. It was 45 degrees outside, so the excellent air conditioning was much needed, and there's a nice ceiling fan too. The fridge was fine, breakfast had everything we needed, and housekeeping was good. The air conditioning is private and spacious, right next to the property. I'd happily return and recommend it.
